Facial plastic surgeons are striving continually to improve their patients’ results and procedure experience. Together with this, they have a desire to innovate and evolve. This desire originates from within the facial plastic surgeons, as well as from their patients and the influence of the media. The issue is, how to stay on "the cutting edge" while performing efficacious, innovative, and relatively safe procedures. This is the challenge.
